The Value Plan Designer is built with privacy-first principles. We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII), and we do not require file uploads.
What We Collect
- Decision framework selections (e.g., pilot, discovery, package)
- Pass/fail gate definitions (metric names and thresholds only)
- Timeline and risk protection preferences
- Session tokens for save/resume functionality
What We Don't Collect
- Company names or identifying information
- Email addresses (unless you voluntarily submit an application)
- File uploads or proprietary data
- Specific financial figures (only ranges)
- Third-party tracking cookies
Data Retention
All session data automatically deletes after 60 days. You can also delete your session immediately at any time from the final page.
Share links remain valid until the session is deleted.
Security
- All data transmitted over HTTPS
- Session tokens use secure random generation
- No third-party access to your session data
- Anonymous processing—no user accounts required
