Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

NDA Available Upon Request

We provide a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for all engagements. Request one before sharing any sensitive information.

Overview

Our standard mutual NDA covers confidential information exchanged during the engagement process, including:

  • Business strategies and plans
  • Financial information and projections
  • Technical data and methodologies
  • Customer and market information
  • Any other information designated as confidential

Key Terms

Mutual Protection: Both parties agree to protect each other's confidential information.
Duration: Confidentiality obligations typically extend 2–3 years from disclosure.
Permitted Use: Information may only be used for evaluating and performing the engagement.
Exceptions: Standard exceptions for publicly available information, independently developed information, etc.

When to Request an NDA

  • Before sharing specific company metrics or financials
  • Before disclosing proprietary methodologies or IP
  • Before discussing sensitive strategic initiatives
  • Anytime you want additional confidentiality protection

How It Works

  1. Request NDA via the button above or email
  2. We send you our standard mutual NDA template
  3. Review with your legal team (if needed)
  4. Both parties execute the agreement
  5. Proceed with engagement under NDA protection

No NDA Required for VPD

The Value Plan Designer tool itself does not require an NDA because:

  • No PII is collected
  • Only ranges and directional inputs are used
  • No file uploads or proprietary data sharing
  • Anonymous, privacy-first design

However, an NDA is available if you want additional protection or plan to share sensitive details later.
